* Perform tool changes and ensure injection moulding machines are set to correct parameters, maintaining production KPIs.
* Conduct machine safety checks, OHC checks, and ensure proper PPE is worn at all times.
* Troubleshoot processing problems and escalate issues to the Technician or Technical Support as needed.
* Ensure job start-ups run correctly, completing start-up check sheets and adhering to 5S/housekeeping standards.
* Collaborate with production personnel to ensure all parts meet quality requirements and address any quality issues promptly.
Injection Mould SetterEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Proven experience in injection moulding processes and tool changes.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards and adherence to PPE requirements.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve processing problems efficiently.
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
