Customer Support Coordinator Location: Lutterworth We're seeking a proactive Customer Support professional to join our UK Customer Operations team. You'll be the first point of contact for customer queries, managing cases from start to finish, and ensuring excellent service delivery. What you'll do: Manage customer cases in Salesforce CRM. Process service orders, invoicing, returns, and warranty replacements. Generate quotes and administer service contracts. Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve issues. Support continuous improvement and ensure compliance. What we're looking for: Strong customer focus with great communication skills. Microsoft Office skills (intermediate). Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Salesforce and/or SAP S/4 experience (preferred). Why join?
