JOB FUNCTION
To provide support to the elénzia team for social media and content creation. Working as a crucial part of the company, the successful candidate will support the creation and implementation of delivering the B2B and B2C marketing strategy.
DUTIES
* Content creation (graphic design, UGC, copy writing) - Daily: 60%
* Scheduling (social media, blogs, etc.) - Weekly: 20%
* Influencer outreach & external communications - Monthly: 15%
* Product/brand training - Monthly: 5%
ABILITIES
* Scheduling content across all social media platforms under the elénzia portfolio for both B2B (elénzia Professional) and B2C (elénzia Life) including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
* Make regular posts across all platforms as per the brand KPIs
* Content creation: graphic design, photo editing, video editing, video creation, outsourcing user generated content
* Write content briefs for team content days and influencers/UGC
* Keeping up to date with the latest social media trends and algorithms
* Plan and organise content as per agreed campaigns, trends and overall social media strategy
* Influencer outreach for content generation, increased brand awareness and sales
* Analyse brand social media performance and report analytics to the Digital Marketing Manager
* Upload blog content and images to the websites (using Wordpress)
* Support the Digital Marketing Manager with other activities such as email marketing, events and external communication with third parties.
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Ideally has previously used Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud programs
* Previous graphic design and social media experience
* Excellent digital and social media skill set
* Creative, innovative thinker with an eye for detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Clear and concise written skills
* Ability to understand analytics and reporting
* Ability to prioritise and work efficiently
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to use own initiative
