Are you a natural communicator who enjoys working with people? Are you excited about events, hospitality, or building communities? We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Community & Operations Intern to help deliver unforgettable shared experiences across our growing community. This role will start on a 6-month paid internship while looking to move into a permanent role. This role requires flexible working with standard hours being between 12:00-20:00 to fit around the events About the role You'll be at the heart of both customer interaction and event operations, gaining hands-on experience in community engagement, events management, and venue partnerships. About the client We are a thriving Dinner/ Supper Club experience running events across London & Bristol. Were excited to expand to more cities in the near future. The response has been incredible, with bookings flooding in as people embrace the joy of meeting face-to-face. Well be introducing a range of activities alongside our dinners, creating new ways for people to bond over shared experiences in the real world. Whether through our app or in person, we are here to build meaningful connections, one shared moment at a time. Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for our members, providing friendly and efficient support via email, messaging apps, and social channels.
Support the smooth digital setup and delivery of our club events (e.g., dinners, darts, bowling, karaoke, board games) across 10 UK cities.
Assist with outreach and relationship-building with partner venues in new and existing cities.
Contribute ideas to improve our member experience and community growth.
What We're Looking For A natural communicator who enjoys working with people.
Organised and detail-oriented, with a hands-on attitude.
Excited about events, hospitality, or building communities.
Comfortable with flexible hours aligned to our events (128 PM).
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
