The Role
As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall leadership, quality, and growth of our domiciliary care services in Gosport. You’ll ensure regulatory compliance, build strong client relationships, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of care professionals, promoting a positive and supportive environment
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies
* Drive the development and expansion of care services in the area
* Maintain high-quality standards of care and client satisfaction
* Manage budgets, staffing, and service delivery
* Develop care packages and oversee risk assessments and care planning
About You
* Proven experience in a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager role within domiciliary or residential care
* NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Thorough understanding of CQC standards and care legislation
* Passionate about high-quality care and continuous improvement
