Working as the Junior IT Support Consultant / Site Transition Technician you will visit client sites UK wide to assess the IT readiness for any new hardware / software deployment that the company will be rolling out. You will also participate in key project phases including discovery, testing, go-live and early life technical support. As the Junior IT Support Consultant / Site Transition Technician you will need excellent documentation skills, be extremely detailed orientated with strong written and verbal communication skills.
