WE NEED YOU TO:
1. Consistently deliver exceptional service
2. Welcome clients warmly, guide them to products and understand their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience
3. Efficiently manage stock by pair checking, organising the stockroom, and maintaining consistent standards to ensure smooth operations
4. Ensure the shop floor is kept tidy and replenished and that store standards are maintained
5. Support your management team by working towards individual and team sales targets
6. Provide details of Kurt Geiger loyalty programs, highlighting the benefits and encouraging participation to enhance their shopping experience
7. Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities
8. Be a role model for our brand and adhere to uniform standards (all black, unbranded and reflective of the brand)
9. Regularly participate in training activities to become a confident brand ambassador
