* Applying and developing your skills with a varied client base
* Receiving client support to aid your technical progression

* Working on aviation projects at major UK airports, including work with structural concretes and asphalts
* Monitoring works, witnessing concrete and structural testing, and checking compliance with quality clauses and testing requirements
* Supervising planning, execution, and completion of aviation projects under NEC4 ECC contracts
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery
* Conducting site inspections and audits for safety and industry standards compliance
* Addressing issues or disputes during project execution with timely solutions
* Having detailed knowledge of CAA airport design, construction, and safety standards
* Possessing strong engineering principles, materials, and design standards knowledge
* Staying updated with aviation standards developments
* Adapting to new technologies
* Negotiating contract terms with contractors during disputes, in collaboration with the Project Manager
