What’s the role?
Our client Deloitte, a “Big Four” Professional Services firm, are looking for Junior Automation Support Engineers to join their expanding team.
You will be working alongside motivated, talented professionals who support clients through deployment of automated and cognitive solutions to complete high-priority, high-volume business processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience with an established Professional Services firm, in a supportive and fast paced environment, with the scope to learn and develop skills.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
1. Working with a range of clients across different industries to provide proactive and reactive support to a broad range of automated processes.
2. As your skills and experience grow, you may also be involved in the design, build and test of automated and cognitive solutions.
3. Engaging in regular monitoring and reporting activities directly with clients to identify issues with Digital Workers and potential enhancements.
4. Supporting complex solutions using RPA technologies alongside supporting technologies such as SQL, C#, Java and Visual Basic.
5. Creating a variety of documentation including Support Guides, high-level designs, test documentation and solution designs, in accordance with D-ROC’s comprehensive technical standards and working practices.
6. Developing changes to Digital Workers to resolve issues, add functionality or enhance performance.
7. Working as part of a high-performing team with other automation engineers, solution architects, business relationship managers and a motivated team of other technical and operational specialists.
What knowledge, skills, and experience we need:
8. Genuine interested in a technology-based career.
9. A degree is not required but some technology education would be preferred
10. Some previous customer service experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality etc).
11. A can-do attitude and positive.
12. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
13. Individuals must be enthusiastic, driven and take pride in their ability to deliver high quality work.
14. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
