Responsibilities
* Hands-on product learning – start in the warehouse to handle stock, learn its features, and understand how it solves customer problems.
* Customer-facing sales work – serve customers at the trade counter and by phone, developing your communication and selling skills.
* Cross-team shadowing – experience different functions, from the Commercial Team to the Service Centre, to see the full business picture.
* Account management – once you’re delivering consistent results, take ownership of your own accounts and grow your portfolio.
* Off-site sales training – gain professional, industry-recognised skills through structured courses alongside your in-site experience.
* Events & networking – attend supplier trade days, customer breakfasts, and industry events.
* You’ll be supported throughout by experienced managers, structured coaching, and our Profit Share scheme, so the success you create comes straight back to you.
