Looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will:
* Install and Maintain: Work on intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
* Diagnose and Repair: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.

Requirements
Ideal Candidate
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years in the security or electrical industry, with a strong focus on installation, maintenance, and servicing of security systems.
* Proven track record of working with various security technologies, including intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
Skills:
* Technical Proficiency:
o Extensive knowledge of installing and maintaining security systems, including IDS – Galaxy, IP CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems.
o Strong understanding of current products and technologies within the security industry.
* Problem-Solving:
o Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose faults and implement effective solutions quickly.
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Communication:
o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
o Ability to provide clear and concise technical advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
* Customer Focus:
o A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and fostering positive relationships.
o Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their specific security needs.

Qualifications:
