This PMLD Assistant role in Bromley from September 2026 would suit a compassionate and proactive graduate or experienced support worker looking to make a meaningful impact on pupils with complex needs.
Weekly Pay: £480-550
Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with complex learning difficulties, physical disabilities and additional medical or sensory needs.
* Work closely with therapists, teachers and families to create structured and supportive environments that allow pupils to develop confidence, independence and engagement throughout the school day.
Qualifications
* Hold a degree or relevant experience supporting children or vulnerable individuals
* Be patient, calm and emotionally resilient
* Be comfortable supporting personal care where required
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
* Be passionate about supporting children with complex additional needs
