Description
The Order Completion Flex Specialist will be available to assist SalesOps teams with projects and workload as requested by the Director of Sales Operations and SalesOps Management. This role will work with other internal teams to advocate on behalf of patients to ensure they are getting the care they need.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Main Daily Duties: (90% of Shift)
5. Assist Order Completion teams to obtain missing documentation needed to complete files for shipping and/or billing purposes.
6. Assists Sales Management Support with Demo Tracking and Patient Survey distribution for Territory Managers.
7. Complete administrative tasks for SalesOps teams.
8. Will be cross-trained and assist other SalesOps teams with primary functions when necessary.
9. Filter, review, and close files based on Patient Enrollment processes.
10. Provide requested information to insurance carriers to include billing/coding support concerning devices, accessories, and supplies for recipients, insurance providers, physicians, and the payer community.
11. Operate independently in Zynex’s access database/billing system to complete patient orders with a high degree of accuracy.
Additional Duties:
12. Meet daily goals as outlined by Sales Operations Managers and/or Director.
13. Dress and interact professionally in an office environment.
14. Follow all company policies and address issues following appropriate chain of command.
15. Be present/visible in the home office 5 days/week (M-F), 8 hours/day. Exceptions to this need prior approval from your direct Manager/Director.
16. Complete other duties, as assigned by Management.

19. Exceptional communication (written & verbal) skills AND Excellent organizational skills.
20. Superior phone communication skills with providers, carriers, patients, and trainees.

Future Responsibilities:
As part of the natural growth in this role, the position will evolve to include training responsibilities. This will involve:
22. Conducting training sessions for new team members.
23. Developing and implementing training materials and programs.
24. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent training standards.
25. Identifying improvement opportunities by analyzing common inefficiencies and discrepancies in work processes.
26. Conducting Quality Assurance (QA) review utilizing departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Education Requirements:
27. High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree beneficial.
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
Computer Intensive Tasks (95% of shift):
28. Ergonomics: Maintain proper posture using an ergonomic chair.

30. Strenuous Eye Activities: Ability to focus and concentrate on detailed tasks for extended periods to reduce eye strain.
31. Repetitive Strain: Perform frequent keyboard and mouse activities with dexterity and careful hand movements to minimize the risk of strain.
32. Sitting/Standing for Extended Periods: Sit or stand for prolonged periods while working on a computer.
33. Technology Proficiency: Utilize office equipment, including computers, copiers, fax machines, and telephones, as well as demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
34. Dynamic Office Environment: Operate in a fast-paced, professional office setting.

35. Heavy Lifting: Lift objects weighing up to 10 lbs.
