We are currently looking for a Furniture Shop Manager to join our dedicated retail team at our shop at Lord Street in Leigh where your experience will help fund vital palliative and end-of-life care services. Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week (typical working hours are 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Sunday. This role will involve working weekends, with days off during the week. There may occasionally be a requirement to work hours outside of your normal working week. Furniture Shop Manager Duties As a Furniture Shop Manager, you will oversee daily shop operations, motivate and lead a team of volunteers, and ensure sales targets are met. You will organise stock, implement merchandising strategies, and maintain high standards of customer service. Your role will be central to maximising the shop’s potential and raising much-needed funds for a much loved charity, ensuring our community receives essential support and care.
