Candidate Requirements
* Level 3 qualification and/or at least 6 months experience in a UK educational setting
* Calm, patient, and caring demeanor
* Strong communication skills
* Understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies
* Experience supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
