We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.**Position summary**The Access Group is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to join our team providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders within our fast-paced business management software company. This role is instrumental in enabling our executives to focus on strategic initiatives by managing schedules, communications, and operational tasks with discretion, efficiency, and professionalism This role will work as part of a hybrid set up **Key accountabilities and responsibilities**o Manage complex calendars across time zones, including scheduling internal and external meetingso Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics and itinerarieso Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams, customers, and external partnerso Track key priorities, project deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-upso Help organize company-wide and leadership events, off-sites, and virtual meetingso Maintain an understanding of company goals and initiatives to anticipate executive needso Support ad hoc tasks and projects as required in a dynamic, high-growth environment**Skills, knowledge, experience and qualifications**o Experience supporting senior executives or relevant transferable skills (prior experience in office management, recruiting coordination or similar would be considered)o Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teamso Excellent written and verbal communication skillso Strong organisational skills with a flexible, problem-solving mindseto A high level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgmento Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplaceo High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentialityThe Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
