Customer Service Executive Location: Hybrid – Portsmouth (after probation: 3 days from home, 2 days in the office) Salary: £26,210, rising to £30,300 Start Date: Looking to start in January/February Hours: 40 per week, shift rota between 7:15am – 8:45pm Schedule: Monday to Sunday (working every other weekend) Why Join our client? Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently Provide accurate updates, solutions, and support to customers Prioritise workloads in line with service expectations and deadlines Liaise with internal teams and third parties to manage enquiries Complete high volumes of essential administrative tasks Manage sensitive and challenging conversations with empathy Ensure compliance with regulatory and company procedures What We’re Looking For Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or contact centre work Confident communication skills — written and verbal Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure Strong administrative and organisational ability Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Ready to Apply?
