You will join one of the UK’s leading financial services companies, who have built their success by putting people at the heart of their organisation by identifying and delivering products and services that are right for their customers. Due to a recent merger, my client is looking for a Senior PMO to join their Delivery Management team to not only support on the project side but to be accountable for managing Jira incidents and support request queues. To Identify and implement config enhancements based on user experience, maintain filters/dashboards and enable Jira adoption.
Main responsibilities
* Facilitate and support multiple delivery disciplines within the portfolio, including risks, dependencies, finances, and resources, ensuring adherence to best practices.
* Work in close collaboration with distributed and central PMO colleagues to support effective change delivery and implement metrics needed to assess progress.
* Accountable for managing Jira incidents and support request queues,
* Lead the co-ordination among the Central Programme Office, project teams and key executive stakeholders
* Ensure robust governance
* Manage tool configuration and enhancements, including data import/export processes.
Requirements
* Strong PMO experience
* Advanced user of Jira admin with experience managing incident, implementing config enhancements and enabling Jira adoption
* Experience working in an agile environment
* Competent in Office 365
* Someone that can hit the ground running, confident and able to use their initiative
