Position Overview
We're looking for an organised and efficient Administrator to join our team. You'll handle administrative tasks to ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
* Handle phone calls and emails, providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
* Maintain accurate records and update databases.
* Assist with team scheduling and payroll.
* Order office supplies and manage inventory.
* Support management with various projects and tasks as needed.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
SALARY
Up to 33k (Depending on Experience)
