We are seeking an organised, creative and client-focused Approved Premises Deputy Service Manager to join their team in Bradford. Oversee the well-being and supervision of Approved Premises residents, ensuring adherence to licence conditions and safeguarding responsibilities. Carry out regular inspections, monitor behaviour, and engage positively with residents. Work closely with colleagues and partner agencies to deliver coordinated support. Contribute to Public Protection by ensuring residents comply with licence conditions and by supporting staff on duty, including out-of-hours cover. Model and uphold Christian values, demonstrating the ethos and principles central to the Trust's work. Essential Requirements Proven experience in offender management, supported housing, or a similar environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to manage changing priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure. A practising and professing Christian, able to provide leadership consistent with the organisation's faith-based values (an Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010).
