As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support students across a range of subjects and abilities, including those with SEN
• Work 1:1 and in small groups to boost confidence and academic progress
• Adapt resources and strategies to meet individual student needs
• Collaborate with teaching staff and the SENCO to provide consistent and high-quality support
• Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment

• A recent graduate (any subject considered) with a genuine interest in education
• A caring, resilient and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential
• A desire to make a positive difference in the classroom
