The Role:
* Lead and develop the EYFS provision across Nursery and Reception
* Deliver high-quality, play-based teaching within Nursery
* Support and mentor EYFS staff to maintain strong practice
* Work closely with SLT to drive Early Years progress and outcomes
The Ideal Candidate:
* QTS with strong EYFS experience
* Proven Nursery or Reception teaching background
* Secure knowledge of the EYFS framework and assessment
* Passionate, organised, and committed to early childhood development
