What you’ll be doing:
* Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor that online customers have ordered, ready for delivery to their doorsteps, or providing excellent substitutions when products are out of stock.
* Using a handset that plans your route around the store, guiding what you need to select and how long you have to complete each shop.
* Handling customer queries, processing orders, and assisting in loading vans for Home Delivery Drivers.
* Providing outstanding customer service, supporting with questions, and proactively offering help.
* Building knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to offer helpful recommendations.
* Working flexibly across the store as needed.
