We are a fostering agency currently looking for experienced, reliable and compassionate foster carers/babysitters to support children and young people within foster care placements. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, a nurturing approach, strong communication skills and an understanding of safeguarding and child-centred care.
You will be responsible for providing a safe, supportive and positive environment while supporting children’s emotional wellbeing, routines and development. Experience within fostering, childcare, social care or educational settings would be highly desirable.
We offer a weekly allowance per child ranging from £500–£1,000+, with the average placement allowance being approximately £750 per week, alongside ongoing support, guidance and training.
