This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a highly respected business in a beautiful retail environment, gaining exposure across all areas of marketing and business operations. The role is varied, hands‑on and ideal for someone looking to develop their marketing career within a premium brand setting.
The Day to Day:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing activity while also assisting with day‑to‑day administrative and customer‑focused tasks. This is a broad role offering genuine learning and development within a supportive and high‑end retail environment.
* Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
* Create content for social media platforms to support brand awareness and engagement
* Content creation for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials, including imagery and video.
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and support brand partnerships and collaborations with luxury brands.
* Support updating and maintain website content, including product and brand updates
* Work closely with partner luxury brands to support marketing activity
* Liaise with external agencies where required
* Provide excellent customer service, handling incoming calls and enquiries
* Support sales administration and assist sales colleagues as needed
* Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director and wider team
About You:
* At least 1 year’s experience within a marketing role
* Strong interest in digital marketing and social media
* Content creation using Canva/Adobe
* Confident communicator with a professional and customer‑focused approach
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment
* A genuine interest in luxury brands and premium customer experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, etc.).
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience working with Shopify
* Exposure to luxury or premium retail brands
* Experience working with external agencies
