This is a revenue-focused role, accountable for delivering qualified pipeline and connecting marketing activity directly to revenue outcomes. You will own Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the core commercial platform, work closely with Customer Solution Directors, and lead digital engagement, events, and CRM-driven marketing activity to drive growth-particularly within retail refrigeration. Key Responsibilities Build and execute multi-region revenue marketing strategies, with retail refrigeration as the primary focus. Own end-to-end pipeline generation from campaign → lead → opportunity → revenue. Lead setup, optimisation, and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Define and enforce qualified lead criteria and structured handover to sales teams. Drive account-based marketing for high-value and strategic accounts.
