Salary: £14.50 per hour plus £65 sleep. £800 Annual Bonus
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Flexible rota (including sleep‑ins of 8 per month)

About the Home
You'll be working in a 6‑bed residential home for children and young people aged 10 to 17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). Some of the children are non‑verbal, so you'll play a key role in supporting communication and building trust.
