Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Frome studio for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee quality control processes, ensuring all products meet the company’s high standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include implementing QA protocols, conducting inspections, managing compliance with product safety regulations, collaborating with production teams to maintain quality, and investigating product issues to implement improvements. With a hands-on approach, the manager will sustain and enhance product integrity and customer trust.
