This crucial role will be based in our commercial offices, with visibility into our warehouses and distribution operations. The successful candidate will manage a small department and take on a hands-on approach, getting involved in day-to-day tasks.
The technical scope of the role is broad and includes operations, systems, auditing, and supplier management. We require someone who has experience in non-sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing, ideally generics, as well as QA management and leadership experience.
We are looking for a "can-do" individual with a hands-on working style that puts an emphasis on coaching and mentoring. The ability to work with virtual teams overseas is also essential.
The successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in working with QPs, as well as customer/stakeholder management skills. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including GMP and MHRA standards.
