The Role As an Administrative Assistant within our Sales Office, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations and ensuring our customers receive a professional and efficient service. This is a diverse role where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities: Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to email enquiries Processing sales orders using Sage Providing customer quotations via phone and email Proactively contacting existing customers regarding orders Filing and maintaining accurate records Booking couriers for collections and deliveries Arranging product samples for customers Greeting and assisting customers and suppliers About You We are looking for someone who: Is a confident and professional communicator Has excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail Can prioritise workload and multitask effectively Shows initiative and a willingness to learn Has a positive, enthusiastic attitude Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Experience with Sage 200 Accounts and Microsoft Excel would be advantageous.
