We are looking for experienced and motivated Customer Service Advisors to join our team, providing front:line support on housing repairs and general housing enquiries.In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for residents, delivering high:quality, customer:focused service over the phone. You will primarily support our busy housing repair lines, while also assisting with a range of general housing:related queries.This is a fast:paced environment, so we are seeking individuals who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
