This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing People Manager to join a leading national conveyancing business based in Cardiff on a hybrid working basis.

This role will suit an experienced manager with a strong background in residential conveyancing and proven experience in leading and developing teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining high standards and building a positive and supportive team culture.
The Role
* Managing and overseeing a conveyancing team
* Supporting and developing team members through coaching, mentoring and performance management
* Monitoring productivity, quality and service levels across the team
* Working closely with senior management to improve processes and overall performance
* Leading on all people management activity including reviews, development plans and training
* Encouraging a collaborative, inclusive and high performing team environment
What experience will the ideal candidate have?
* Extensive experience within residential conveyancing
* Proven experience managing and leading teams within a fast paced environment
* Strong people management and communication skills
* A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others
* Commercial awareness with the ability to drive performance and maintain standards
* Experience working within a modern, technology driven conveyancing environment
