Role: Personal Assistant, Private Family Office | Real Estate

We are delighted to be working with a high profile family who are looking to hire a Personal Assistant to be based in their family office in North London.
Position Summary:
As the Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a high level of support to the Director.
You will be a Personal Assistant who has exceptional attention to detail and high standards of support along with the ability to build strong relationships and act as a representative for the family office.
The director is extremely down to earth, easy to get on with and commercial, she is looking for someone who can be her right hand person. You will be a pivotal part of the business from drafting responses to her clients to attending meetings on her behalf as well managing private PA duties.
Personal Assistant duties will include:
* Ensuring the smooth and effective running of the family office
* Complex, continually moving, diary management including organising meetings
* Arranging travel
* Creating presentations
* Co-ordinating and providing support for all meetings
* Liaising with family members, housekeeping, private travel agents and other suppliers
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Event planning - booking restaurants, dinners, company and client events
* Private PA duties
Are you the right fit?
* Experience as an Personal Assistant ideally from a property/private household/legal background.
* Personal qualities: assertive, fast, diplomatic, discreet, very organised, dynamic and autonomous, sense of responsibility.
* Ability to prioritise work and multi-task requests under pressure.
* Tact and good judgement in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management.
* Able to deal with a different personalities
* Positive attitude, friendly approach, well presented, respectful.
This is an office based role for 5 days a week, based in London, mainly based in Hampstead in the family home office.
