This full-time Counterbalance Forklift Operative / Labourer opportunity is based in the Blandford area, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with overtime paid at enhanced rates. An immediate start is available following a successful interview.

As a Counterbalance Forklift Operative / Labourer, your responsibilities will include:
* Operating a counterbalance forklift safely to move, load and unload materials
* Carrying out physical labouring tasks, including heavy lifting and manual handling
* Sorting and separating various materials
* Assisting with dismantling, breaking down materials and preparing items for processing
* Maintaining housekeeping standards across the warehouse, yard and shop floor
* Supporting team members with daily operational requirements
As a Counterbalance Forklift Operative / Labourer, your experience will include:
* A valid Counterbalance Forklift licence with recent, proven experience
* Previous work within warehouse, manufacturing or industrial environments
* Confidence with manual handling and regular heavy lifting
* Experience working safely around heavy machinery, power tools or chemicals
* A practical, reliable and proactive approach to work
* The ability to work outdoors as well as indoors in all weather conditions
