Job Description
* Manage and coordinate new product development projects from concept to launch.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, and quality assurance.
* Take on a leadership role when the Manager is not present.
* Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
* Oversee compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
* Support the implementation of new processes and workflows for product development.
* Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and consumer needs.
* Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and results.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the development process
The Successful Applicant
A successful NPD Coordinator should have:-Degree in Food Science or related Science discipline
- Hands on Product Development experience in fresh ready to eat categories
-Some exposure of dealing with food service and QSR's
-Direct working relationship with the Australian supermarkets
-Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate leadership qualities to step up in the managers absence
-Own the stage gate process for your projects
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities
