JOB: A fantastic sales opportunity exists within a growing healthcare company. As Area Manager for the South West region you will work across three established product areas and seek opportunities to upsell, cross well and maximise the business presence in ENT, reconstructive plastics and Otology. They have excellent training, product support and clinical trainers to provide education and technical support but candidates will need to demonstrate a passion and aptitude for learning technical products and absorbing clinical information. Typical touch points in the NHS will include surgeons, theatre teams, procurement, ENT consultants, speech and language therapists and nurses. Tasked with growing an existing account base, this is an involved, hands on role with daily travel across the South West of England and South Wales. Someone who has sold across multiple departments in hospitals and who can network, upsell and cross- sell effectively within NHS trusts is a great asset in this role.


THE COMPANY: Established in 2014 this small but agile business has a diverse portfolio of products across Otology, ENT, plastics and Neuro. It is now a thriving medical distributor with a very experienced and passionate management team. They have excellent manufacturer relationships and a desirable product portfolio with great training provision. They give career opportunities to people wanting to specialise in a clinical area. They are looking for bright, experienced medical candidates to drive the business areas and improve their presence in the NHS.


For this role, we are looking for the following:

6. Technical product or a solution sale into hospitals
7. At least 3 years of territory management experience with good stability on CV
8. Able to build long lasting relationships and manage key accounts
9. Ability to sell across a varied portfolio
10. Clinically driven sales person or an experienced clinician with commercial experience.

The Package:

11. Basic: up to £62k (depending on experience)
12. Commission of £25k (uncapped)
13. Company car
14. Benefits: Mobile, Laptop, Pension Scheme included.
15. Holidays: 25 days.
