As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the success and growth, covering areas such as Bushey, Radlett, Totteridge, and Elstree. You will manage the valuation and sales of properties in Hertfordshire and Barnet. This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the local property market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct accurate property valuations and advise clients on market conditions.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the sales process.
* Negotiate and close sales transactions for optimal outcomes.
* Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
* Commission
* Weekend work by appointment only
Requirements:
* Proven experience in valuing and selling properties.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Results-driven with a record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
* Exceptional customer service and relationship skills.
* Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., NAEA, ARLA) are desirable.
