How You’ll Make an Impact
• Provide on-site support to keep manufacturing systems and equipment performing reliably.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure consistent, high-quality production operations.
• Maintain local digital infrastructure, including network connectivity for production equipment and vendor-supported systems.
• Document setups, track assets, and support continuity plans to strengthen operational resilience.
• Act as a technical liaison, translating operational needs into effective technical solutions and supporting productivity and quality improvements using manufacturing and engineering data—all while upholding cybersecurity standards.
What You Bring
• A degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, with hands-on technical support experience—ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse operational teams.
• Solid understanding of networking basics and experience supporting digital production systems.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and industrial cybersecurity standards.
• Proactive, organized, and communicative, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bonus: Experience with connected industrial equipment, sensors, PLCs, HMIs, or cloud-enabled factory solutions.
