We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management provider for an experienced Regional Technical Services Manager to oversee the delivery of hard FM services across a multi-site estate.
This role will act as the key point of contact for all technical and compliance matters, ensuring maintenance, engineering, and statutory activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of planned, reactive, and corrective maintenance across the region.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and legislative requirements.
* Manage and support a team of engineers and subcontractors, promoting a self-delivery approach wherever possible.
* Oversee technical audits, life cycle planning, and asset management processes.
* Provide technical input on small works and project scopes, identifying opportunities for improvement and value engineering.
* Act as a technical authority for new assets, change control, and training needs.
Experience & Qualifications
* Proven experience in facilities management, technical operations, or engineering leadership.
* Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems and maintenance processes.
* Demonstrated knowledge of compliance, safety standards, and risk management.
* Excellent organisational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
* Recognised Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
* H&S qualification and experience managing multi-site operations desirable.
