We are seeking a talented General Dentist to join our dynamic and supportive team on a maternity cover contract to take over a full list of patients. This role runs until June 2026, with a strong possibility of continuation in a permanent position afterwards.

Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, including medical history, radiographs, photographs, scans, and oral health evaluations.
* Provide restorative treatments to restore the form and function of patients' teeth.
* Manage periodontal disease, offering both non-surgical and surgical solutions.
* Perform non-complex endodontic treatments to a high standard.
* Diagnose and treat dental conditions across restorative, preventive, and cosmetic areas.
* Interpret medical imaging to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
* Deliver patient-centered care, educating patients on oral health and overall wellbeing.
* Collaborate with hygiene/therapists, other dentists in the practice who have special interests in Implantology, MOS, Sedation etc. and the wider multi-disciplinary team for complex treatment planning.
* Maintain accurate patient records in line with legal and ethical standards.
* Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements
* BDS or equivalent dental qualification.
* Ideally at least 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
* Experience in managing restorative, periodontal, and endodontic cases.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
* Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
