We’re partnering with a fast-growing, international organisation operating in a dynamic and evolving environment, looking to hire a People Partner to support their UK population on a 12-month FTC.
This is a hands-on, generalist role where you’ll act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, supporting across the full employee lifecycle while driving a positive and compliant people experience.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as a trusted advisor to managers on all HR matters
* Managing a broad range of employee relations cases (disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance)
* Supporting change initiatives including restructures and organisational design
* Coaching and developing line managers on people-related matters
* Supporting engagement, performance and development initiatives
* Ensuring accurate HR data and compliance across systems and processes
* Contributing to continuous improvement across HR policies and procedures
What we’re looking for:
* Solid HR generalist experience within a fast-paced environment
* Strong ER knowledge and confidence managing cases end-to-end
* Proactive, organised and able to manage high volumes of work
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Comfortable working autonomously while being part of a wider team
