HR Project Lead – Talent Acquisition Process and Oracle System - FTC 12 months. Join to apply for the role at Canon EMEA.
Responsibilities
* Act as main HR Center of Excellence contact person for the design and implementation of Oracle RMS V2 and HCM Onboarding module.
* Define and track on behalf of the HR Center of Excellence project scope, milestones, and deliverables in close collaboration with the HR Digital Team.
* Ensure compliance with internal governance and data protection standards.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists, Digital HR Team, and with internal IT and external vendors as appropriate.
* Conduct workshops, demos, and training to support change management.
* Provide input and support system configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle RMS and Onboarding tools in alignment with the Digital HR Team.
* Provide input for integration with existing Oracle HCM modules and third‑party systems in line with COE requirements.
* Support further implementation of updated TA Policy and set up a best‑practice sharing group with the countries as part of the Oracle RMS V2 implementation.
* Analyze and redesign recruitment and onboarding workflows.
* Leverage automation and analytics to enhance efficiency and user experience.
* Develop dashboards and reports to monitor project KPIs and adoption.
* Provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
Qualifications
* Experience of onboarding within Oracle
* Project management skills
* System integration experience
* Fluent in English
* Able to work within a diversified and multi‑cultural team dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders across multiple locations
