Speech and Language Therapist (Band 5/6)

Salary: £42,840 – £46,041 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join a friendly and forward-thinking team in Redbridge. Whether you’re an experienced Band 6 therapist or a confident Band 5 ready to step up, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting difference in children’s communication and development.
What you’ll be doing
1. Deliver speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy across a range of school and community settings.
2. Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary professionals to create individualised support plans.
3. Provide training and advice to staff to ensure therapy strategies are embedded day-to-day.
4. Contribute ideas and energy to a supportive, collaborative service that values professional growth.
What you’ll bring
5. Degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).
6. HCPC registration and RCSLT membership.
7. Experience working with children or young people with speech, language, or communication needs.
8. A positive, flexible approach and a genuine commitment to helping children thrive.
