Location: Middlewich CW10
Salary: £12.71 per hour, paid weekly every Friday
Contract: Full time, temporary to permanent opportunity

Responsibilities
As a Patient Service Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls. You will assist patients with enquiries, resolve issues, and give accurate information about medical services.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients regarding booking or managing service appointments or follow‑up treatments
* Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
* Liaise with patients to encourage attendance
* Accurately document patient interactions, feedback, and follow‑up actions where required
* Strive to meet performance targets to enhance personal development
* Uphold a professional, friendly, and empathetic attitude when interacting with patients and colleagues
* Maintain and ensure observation of robust quality assurance measures to meet national standards
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer‑focused role; open to backgrounds in sales, contact centre, health and medical, telecoms, hospitality, retail, and aviation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Approachable, dedicated, and hardworking
* Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and resilience
* Successful candidates will be required to provide and pass referencing
Hours & Working Conditions
Working on a rota basis between Monday and Friday, opening hours 8am‑8pm, occasional Saturday 8am‑1pm.
* 37.5 hours per week
* Shift pattern rota basis
