We are currently recruiting for a Business Management Trainee to join our development programme. This role is designed for individuals who are ambitious, motivated, and looking for long‑term progression into leadership and management roles.
The Business Management Trainee Role
This is an entry‑level position with a strong development focus. No previous experience is required, as full paid training is provided. The programme is structured to give you exposure to multiple areas of the business, starting with sales and client representation and progressing into leadership, people development, and business operations.
You will work closely with experienced leaders, gaining practical experience while developing the skills required to move into senior roles.
Responsibilities
* Represent client brands through professional sales and marketing activities
* Learn core business, sales, and leadership principles
* Build and manage strong customer relationships
* Work alongside senior team members to understand day‑to‑day business operations
* Develop skills in coaching, mentoring, and team support
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training as you progress
* Contribute to team and company performance
