Job Title: Sales Manager – International Hotel – West of London
Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonus
Location: West of London
My client is recruiting a Sales Manager to join this international hotel west of London. We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager with a proven track record. You will proactively grow the new business to achieve sales targets. This role covers Corporate, MICE and the Leisure segments.
About the position
* Running proactive & reactive sales strategies
* Meet and show around potential clients
* Maintain existing relationships
* Seek out opportunities to maximise profit
* Represent the company at trade shows
* Hit sales targets whilst acting as an ambassador for the brand
* Work closely with all departments
The successful candidate
* Will have previous at least 3 years in hotel sales
* Proven track record
* A high level of customer service
* Strong sales drive and negotiating skills
* Strong understanding in revenue management
