Location: Dundee
As an ambassador for our Maison, you embody and transmit Guerlain's values to your customers and employees. Reporting to your Line Manager, you will plan and manage the achievement of sales objectives, ensure the excellence of our customer service, and implement the strategy set by the Management. You will also manage and develop your team, prioritizing customer relationships and experience.
Guerlain Account Manager (37.5 hours)
Location: Dundee
As an ambassador for our Maison, you embody and transmit Guerlain's values to your customers and employees. Reporting to your Line Manager, you will plan and manage the achievement of sales objectives, ensure the excellence of our customer service, and implement the strategy set by the Management. You will also manage and develop your team, with a focus on customer relationships and experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Service:
o Develop a unique customer experience and impeccable service by setting an example for your team.
o Apply and enforce Guerlain's unique sales method.
o Recruit, develop, and retain customers.
o Monitor and manage retail performance KPIs (qualitative & quantitative).
o Guarantee service quality, manage customer relationships, disputes, and complaints efficiently.
2. Business Monitoring:
o Implement Guerlain's commercial policy and meet set objectives.
o Contribute to the achievement of sales and profit objectives, respecting budgets and commitments.
o Analyze and report on KPIs, manage business reporting.
o Develop action plans, challenges, and partnerships based on priorities and results.
3. Management:
o Participate in recruitment, training, and onboarding of new employees.
o Foster a trusting team environment through close monitoring, briefings, and meetings.
o Set and evaluate individual and team objectives, identify training needs.
o Coach and develop team members, motivate, and celebrate successes.
o Ensure adherence to procedures and operational rules.
o Manage disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR.
4. Back Office & Operations:
o Supervise administrative tasks: schedules, payroll, bonuses, training, uniforms, etc.
o Oversee maintenance, supplies, and supplier relations.
o Manage risks including security, cash handling, and inventories.
5. Visual Merchandising:
o Maintain the store's image: merchandising, cleanliness, team grooming.
o Assist in implementing merchandising strategies with support teams.
Profile:
Hard skills: Customer service orientation, interpersonal skills, sales drive, organizational skills, commercial sensitivity, luxury service experience, proficiency in Office Suite, business management software knowledge.
Soft skills: Leadership, managerial courage, dynamism, empathy, autonomy, proposal skills, professionalism, confidentiality.
