They need leaders who can continue this shift, uplift delivery maturity, and strengthen engineering culture. What You'll Lead:
* An agile team of Developers and Test Engineers.
* Drive delivery of the team backlog, ensuring quality, pace, and sustainable ways of working.
* Partner with Product to balance feature development, tech quality, and operational excellence.
* Own the team's technical direction, aligning delivery with wider architectural goals.
* Champion modern engineering and QA practices across the lifecycle, you build it, you run it.
* Coach and grow team members, managing performance and shaping a strong team culture.
What You Bring
* Experience leading and coaching modern agile engineering teams.
* A metrics-driven mindset and strong understanding of best-practice engineering and QA.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
* Background in C#/.NET or modern JavaScript frameworks.
* A passion for improving ways of working and driving cultural change.
