About The Role
As a Workshop Administrator you will play a central role in keeping our mechanical workshop running smoothly. You will act as the link between technicians and customer service, ensuring vehicle progress is tracked, communicated and completed to a high standard.
This is a fast-paced, varied role where organisation and attention to detail are key. From supporting PDI and warranty processes to coordinating daily workflow, you will help ensure vehicles are prepared, repaired and delivered on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Coordinate communication between the workshop and customer service teams
* Support daily scheduling and prioritisation of urgent or overdue vehicles
* Manage calls, emails, and the workshop inbox efficiently
* Ensure job cards and documentation meet warranty audit standards
* Organise pre-completion checks with technicians
* Work closely with front-of-house teams to maintain service levels
* Support general admin tasks across departments
* Maintain a strong focus on health and safety compliance
What We’re Looking For
* Previous admin or customer-facing experience (automotive preferred, but not essential)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Calm and effective under pressure
* High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
* Clear and professional communication skills
* Confident using digital systems and tools
* Full UK driving licence (held for 12+ months)
