An exciting opportunity has arisen within BDCFT for a Band 5 community nurse to work within the School Aged Immunisation Service (SAIS) based in Wakefield. The team is based in Normanton and covers the entire Wakefield area, requiring travel flexibility.
The Wakefield Immunisation Team is innovative, dynamic, and supportive, dedicated to improving immunisation rates and reaching harder-to-reach populations, including those no longer in mainstream education.
